About Me
My favorite things in life blend order and chaos.
ADHD coaching allows me to combine structure with creativity in order to support others. Outside of my coaching work, I love writing plays, learning languages, organizing for climate justice, and spending time outdoors with my dog, Phoebe.
Mission
I help creative people work toward their goals in meaningful ways that positively impact all areas of their lives.
Through a combination of exploratory conversation and practical solutions, I support my clients as they reduce stress, grow their confidence, and build lasting fulfillment.

I strive to make my ADHD coaching practice a space where clients feel affirmed and supported in all of their identities. I am committed to showing my unequivocal support for marginalized communities through my actions within and outside of coaching.
I seek to improve access to ADHD coaching for all who can benefit from it. To this end, I offer a sliding scale payment option as well as a pro bono coaching program.

Let's work together!
If you identify with ADHD – whether or not you have an official diagnosis – you may benefit from ADHD coaching. We will use ADHD as a frame of reference insofar as you find it helpful while acknowledging that it is only one part of who you are.

Here are a few examples of things we can work on:
-
Developing strategies for time management and organization
-
Planning long term creative projects
-
Organizing your space in a way that works for you
-
Navigating career changes and other significant life events
-
Uncovering your unique strengths and building your confidence
